After viewing the Yoyomaze cd I was really looking forward to this one, with high expectations.  The cd turned out to be a big disappointment.   Yomega once again rehashed the video footage from the Yomega Zone video.  The cd menu is broken down into seven catagories, Tricks, Care and Feeding, Yo-Yo Gallery, Profiles, Y3A, Yo Facts, and Yocabulary.  The menus are designed with bright pastel colors which makes them hard to read and hard on the eyes.

Tricks: the tricks are broken down into three groups, beginner, intermediate, and advanced.  These are the same tricks shown in the Yomega Zone video, with the exact same footage.  As an extra, there are step by step diagrams which can be viewed along side the video clip.  For the trick list see the Yomega Zone review.

Care and Feeding: ten basic care tips are given, ie adjusting the string and replacing the string.  There is no video, only text.  Some tips do have accompanying diagrams, but these are poorly done.

Yo-Yo Gallery: shows the Yomega line

Profiles: Chris Ciosek, Bret Outchcunis, Rick Wyatt.  There is some info on each, along with a photo.

Y3A: describes the Yomega club and provides info on how to join.

Yo Facts: there are three sections, History, which is brief, but ok, Yomega and the New Wave Yo-yo, which describes the evolution of Yomega yo-yo, and Yo-yo Trivia, which is really just six facts about yo-yos.

Yocabulary: includes 34 words and definitions such as axle, brain, and gyrosopic stability.  Some words, I thought, were not necessary, such as player and string.

Given the capabilities of cd roms in 1999 this cd could have been so much more.  If you're looking for a beginner's aid I guess this cd would be ok, but it was a big let down for me.  The cd is packaged with a Powerspin yo-yo.
