The video is broken down into four parts:  Care and Maintenance, Basic Tricks, Intermediate Tricks, and Advanced Routines (see trick list below).   However, all of the tricks demonstrated are, for the most part, basic. 

The video is filled with Yomega hype, but that is to be expected.  The Care and Maintenance section goes over stuff like adjusting, untangling, winding, and changing the string, as well as when and how to lubricate a yo-yo.

The video also includes some facts about yo-yos and Jennifer has a few lines where she tells a little about herself.
