I'm not sure of the actual title of this video. The top label on the video cassette says "Yomega Yo-Yo Training Video". The side label says " Yomega Yo-Yo with a Brain®". The title screen of the video says "Yomega Yo-Yo Instructional Video", so that's the one I'm going with. I've only seen this video available in a generic red box. The video starts off with Alex Garcia doing a regeneration routine, followed by a two-handed routine by Bill DeBoisblanc. The regeneration routine has some bad camera angles where you can't really see what Alex is doing. The two-handed routine is pretty nifty (as expected from Bill), but it's mainly basic stuff. Next comes a Yomega "commercial". After this point it seems as if the word Yomega is mentioned in every other sentence (it is a Yomega video). The rest of the video goes over the basic stuff like string adjusting, lubing, taking a yo-yo apart, and string replacement. Then various basic tricks are performed (see trick list below). The tricks are demonstrated well and repeated in slow motion. At the end of the video all the tricks are briefly demonstrated again. The Yomega product line is reviewed, including the Gemini Gyro (I need one of these for my collection. If you have one you are willing to part with email me). Then several more tricks are demonstrated which are not described: pro spinner spliting the atom, subway, restart, and bank deposit. Overall this is a good beginner video as long as you don't mind hearing the word Yomega twice a minute. Trick List:
