This video was retailed separately, as well as with the Pro Pack and the ProPlayer Pac. This really isn't an instructional video. Throughout most of the video the three demonstrators show off their freestyle skills, mainly two-handed looping routines. If you like watching people do two-handed inside loops then this is the video for you. The video doesn't have much else to offer. There is one routine by Yo Hans which was pretty neato. And I must say I enjoyed watching Kate Miller in action, especially the shots from the ground up. There aren't many tricks demostrated and the ones that are are from another video, except for Kate's very brief space shuttle picture trick. In fact, the viewer is routinely encouraged to "check out our new instruction video". Also, there is reference made to a Playmaxx Championship Tricks video. I'm guessing this is the video the tricks are from, but I've never seen it. The tricks are done well and detailed in slow motion. The music used in the video ranges from ok to downright awful.
