This video starts off with a horrible song while Arne does some tricks which he later demonstrates in detail.  You might want to put your t.v. on mute for a minute or two until the song finishes.  Next, Arne introduces himself and explains the basics of string length and tying the loop.

Arne then explains the hitch (triple loop), which is used so the yo-yo doesn't sleep.  He then demonstrates 5 tricks with a hitch (see list below), then shows how to remove the hitch, wind the string, tighten the string, and then demonstrates 5 tricks without a hitch.

Arne then does a few more tricks and shows off some of his yo-yo collection.  Most of what he shows is contemporary stuff.  I'm guessing he left the good stuff at home.  The video is supposed to come with a trick sheet but mine didn't.  I'm guessing it's the same one that's included with the Duncan version.
